Important note : The rental described here has been reserved for you until MMMMMM DD YYYY. After this date, if this signed contract and the down payment have not received by us, this reservation will no longer be maintained and will be offered to the next available potential tenant.

The following terms have been agreed:
The owner rents to the tenant:
Villa Sangha (hereafter described)

Period of rental: From Saturday MMMMMM DD, YYYY at 16h00 to Saturday MMMMMM DD, YYYY at 12h00. The rental is not extendable unless specifically stated in writing by the owner.

Rental fees and other charges: The fee for the rent and charges related to the rental for the period stated earlier is XXXX Euros. 30% of this amount, i.e. XXXX€ is payable at the reservation, the balance, i.e. XXXXX€ is due at the latest 6 weeks before the beginning of the rental, i.e. MMMMM DD, YYYY. In case of cancellation by the tenant, these amounts will not be refunded. Money transfer fees will be entirely at the tenants charge and not at the owner’s charge.

Security deposit: A security deposit of 1500 Euros is required. The tenant may transfer the amount to our bank prior to their arrival. Or the tenant may give the amount in cash upon his/her arrival to the owner (against a receipt). The security deposit will be returned to the tenant if no important degradation has been observed, by bank transfer if the deposit was transferred by the tenant, in cash and on the day of their departure if the tenant paid the deposit in cash. Either way the premises will not be accessible to the tenants unless this security deposit has been deposited.

Description of Villa Sangha:
Villa Sangha is located at the corner of RD 559 and Rue Selonier, in 83820 Le Rayol-Canadel.
It is a new villa (finished in spring 2005) of about 105m² which is fully air-conditioned. The villa has:
- 4 bedrooms,
- 1 living/dining room,
- 1 American kitchen,
- 1 bathroom (bathtub with shower) with WC,
- 1 separated WC
- 1 shower.

The villa comes with
- 1 covered terrace (about 28 m²),
- 1 swimming-pool (8x4m) with surrounding terrace located in front of the villa,
- 3 parking spaces inside the property.
The villa comes fully furnished (see details hereafter).
The villa is for holiday use only.
The maximum number of people aloud is 8 persons (+ one additional small child).
The kitchen is equipped with:
- 1 electrical oven,
- 1 cooking range
- 1 dishwasher
- 1 large refrigerator with freezer compartment
- 1 washing-machine
- 1 microwave oven
- 1 coffee machine
- 1 toaster
- Kitchen and dining room utensils and silverware...
The four bedrooms are mainly equipped as follows:
- Bedroom 1: 1 bed for 2 persons 160 X 200 cm, 1 cupboard, 2 night tables
- Bedroom 2: 2 beds 90 x 200 cm, 1 cupboard, 2 night tables
- Bedroom 3: 2 beds 90 x 200 cm, 1 cupboard, 2 night tables
- Bedroom 4: 2 beds 80 x 200 cm, 1 baby bed (if needed), 1 cupboard, 2 night tables
The beds are new (2005)

The terrace is equipped with:
- 1 garden table with 8 chair

LINEN
The owner will supply to the tenant all necessary linens (bed sheets, covers, pillows and pillow cases). In addition the owner will supply the tenants with 1 bathroom towel and 1 pool towel per person. The tenants will not use the towels at the beach.

A FEW RULES ARE TO BE FOLLOWED
The tenants will take good care of the premises and the furniture and will leave the place as clean as they found it. If the premises are not returned clean a 250€ charge will be retained from the security deposit.
The tenants will not make excessive noise outside particularly after 22h00.
When the tenants leave the house, they will close and lock all doors windows and shutters. The tenant is responsible for the glass windows.
The tenants have reviewed our internet site www.domaine-ananda.com and have acknowledged its content.
Camping (trailers, vans , tents, camping car) are not allowed.
Charcoal and wood barbecues are not allowed (it's the law, to many risks of fire). However electric and gas barbecues are allowed.
The dwellings are for holiday use only.
Animals are strictly prohibited.
