The rental contract is sent to you by email. It is an attached document in a PDF format. Most likely you already have the software AcrobatReader (needed to open, read and print the contract) already installed on your computer. If your computer cannot open the contract, then you don't have AcrobatReader installed on your machine. This software is free and you may download it below. Once downloaded on your PC, double click on it to start the installation. Just do the installation by default, without changing anything. The installation will automaticlly connect you the the Adobe.com internet site (software editor) and will install the software. Acrobat Reader software is approved by Microsoft, therefore contains no virus or spyware.
